Performance Validation is seeking a full-time Technical Administrative Assistant for our Portage, Michigan location. The Technical Administrative Assistant reports directly to a Manager and will be assigned to one or more project teams headed by a Project Leader. This position is non-exempt.
An Associates degree is preferred. Four or more years of experience in pharmaceutical or other regulated industry is required.
This position is responsible for providing a full range of administrative support to our validation project teams, requiring the application of specialized technical and administrative knowledge. This individual is expected to work both independently and in a team environment to meet defined objectives based on established timelines.
The Technical Administrative Assistant assists the Project Leader, provides document management (scan/upload completed qualification deliverables, submit for approval, track progress, and follow up with approvers to ensure sign-off in a timely manner), performs document editing (incorporate editorial comments / redlines into technical documents (e.g. specifications, risk assessments) and facilitates approval) and assists the project team.
