Our hiring, training, and career development process is based on our values and quality system which translates into the services our team provides. At PV, our team members have a long tenure of six years, almost double the US industry average, allowing us to develop our people to execute our services to the level our clients have come to expect.

Project Management Systems

Project Management is an important aspect of our overall Quality System. PV has implemented a Project Leader training program and provides experienced, qualified, and certified Project Leaders for managing our customers’ projects.

Performance Validation’s project management policies and procedures are based on a combination of currently accepted standards published by TenStep Project Management™ and our industry experience.

OUR HISTORY

The PV Timeline

Since our doors opened in 1988, Performance Validation has earned a strong reputation for bringing professionalism, integrity, and solutions to our clients. One of the core values of our founder was he wanted to provide a professional work environment and opportunity for professional growth for the employees and provide quality consulting and services that improve the competitive position of our client.

Over the years, these core values have remained the same. “We execute our services with integrity, demonstrate teamwork in providing solutions, and we treat our employees and clients with respect and professionalism.”

1988
Tom Stevens established Performance Solutions, Inc.
1989
Contract awarded at large pharmaceutical manufacturer. Hired employees and established corporate headquarters and delivery hub in Indianapolis, Indiana.
1993
First million dollar contract to provide validation services.
1995
Starts long-term on-site work for large pharmaceutical manufacturer in Michigan. Established delivery hub in Portage, Michigan.
1996
Added Computer System Validation Services (CSV).
2000
Performance Solutions forms Progressive Validation to provide mobile experienced validation resources nationwide.
2002
Performance Solutions and Progressive Validation merge to become Performance Validation, LLC.
2006
Richard Van Doel appointed President.
2010
Established delivery hub in Chicago Land Area.
2015
Established delivery hub in Kansas City, Kansas.
2018
Performance Validation established our ESOP in 2017 and sold 100% of our stock to the ESOP on January 2, 2018 becoming a 100% employee-owned company.
2021
Performance Validation acquires Welsh Commissioning Group, Inc.
2022
Richard Van Doel retires and Martin Long steps in as company President. Established delivery hub in Raleigh, North Carolina.
2024
Launch of revolutionary LiveStream system for critical airflow visualization (CAV).
2025
Established delivery hub in Kenosha County, Wisconsin. Established Wisconsin delivery hub. Launch of Digital Validation as a Service (DVaaS).
