Shawna Lake

Mike Rutherford

Mike Rutherford is a retired pharmaceutical industry professional with nearly 37 years of experience in quality assurance, specializing in computer systems, data integrity, and laboratory informatics. Most recently, Mike served as Interim President and CEO of ISPE and the ISPE Foundation, leading with his expertise in global technical standards. Over his career, Mike held significant roles at Syneos Health as Executive Director in Quality Assurance and at Eli Lilly and Company, where he contributed to medicine development through diverse leadership positions. He is widely recognized for his knowledge of data integrity, laboratory automation, and related fields, contributing extensively to ISPE and GAMP research and guidelines.
Mike’s accolades include the 2014 ISPE Max Seales Yonker Member of the Year Award and the 2016 ISPE Joseph X. Phillips Professional Achievement Award. Mike formed his consulting firm, Rutherford Consulting, LLC, in 2024 to continue supporting advancements in quality and compliance.
Outside of his professional accomplishments, Mike holds a BS in Chemistry from Delaware Valley University and an MS in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Kentucky.
Lisa Hague

Lisa is passionate about championing women’s issues in the workplace and mentoring professionals in business. She joined the PV Board in 2025 and continues her commitment to supporting employee ownership initiatives.
Outside of her career, Lisa enjoys traveling with her three daughters, who live on two different continents, and dedicates her free time to Pilates and fitness.
