In Part 1 of our series, we explored what drew our long-tenured employees to Performance Validation (PV) and why they chose to stay. In Part 2, we continue their stories by highlighting how their careers have evolved over time. These journeys reflect not only personal growth, but also the opportunities and support that have shaped their paths.
From Entry-Level to Technical Leadership
One employee began their career as a Staff Validation Specialist, supporting the client with protocol documentation and gaining hands-on experience. Over time, they advanced to developing and executing verification documents across multiple projects with varying deadlines. As their confidence grew, they embraced more independence and began mentoring others, eventually stepping into the Project Lead role.
Their journey didn’t stop there. They took on the safety role, volunteered to train new project leaders, and then became a Technical Trainer, a dual role that evolved into a full-time position. Their story is a powerful example of how initiative and a passion for helping others can shape a career.
Expanding into New Areas
One employee shared their excitement about a new work focus: building energy audits. This expansion into sustainability and efficiency work highlights how our team continues to grow in relevance and capability, adapting to industry needs and client priorities.
From Staff to Principal
One employee’s journey took them from Staff Validation Engineer to Principal Validation Engineer. Along the way, they have become involved in internal audits and the Parenteral Drug Association (PDA), gaining exposure to diverse facets of the industry and expanding their expertise.
Climbing the Career Ladder
Another long-tenured employee reflected on their progression through multiple levels from Validation Engineer to Project Lead, then Senior Validation Engineer, Site Manager, and ultimately Principal Validation Engineer. Career advancement is supported through a strong foundation of training, mentoring, and a wide range of growth opportunities, making development both attainable and meaningful.
Why These Stories Matter
These journeys aren’t just about titles. They are about trust, opportunity, and a workplace that values growth. Our legacy is built not only on what we have achieved, but on how PV promotes an environment where our employees grow, lead, and thrive.
As we continue to celebrate our legacy, we remain committed to fostering an environment where careers can flourish. Where every role is a steppingstone and every individual has the chance to shape their own path.
