Melissa Walters

Throughout my career, including my tenure at Performance Validation (PV), I have been recognized for my ability to build, train, and lead diverse teams, driven by a steadfast commitment to authenticity and excellence. I am driven by core values such as integrity, respect, growth, diligence, and proactive accountability. I find gratification in working alongside talented professionals to foster innovation, efficiency, and continual improvement in both internal processes and the services provided to our clients. 

In my free time, I enjoy reading both fiction and non-fiction, creating delicious and healthy recipes, being outdoors hiking, enjoying my family’s 100-acre property surrounding my Michigan home, camping with my husband and two boys and volunteering/applauding as my children participate in their extra-curricular activities.  

Melissa re-joined PV in 2022 as Quality Manager, building upon her previous 10-year tenure with the company from 2002 to 2012. Her expertise in Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) within the pharmaceutical industry is extensive, covering dry and liquid products, parenterals, facilities and utilities, Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), and control systems. As a Certified Quality Auditor, Melissa’s deep-seated knowledge and experience are instrumental in sustaining, enhancing, and expanding PV’s reputation for delivering consistently high-quality services.
