Scott Council - Performance Validation

I have over 20 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance. I have worked in various industries and throughout my career, I have developed a deep understanding of regulatory compliance, quality management systems, and project management.

I live in Clayton, North Carolina with my wife, two girls and our two chihuahuas. When we are not playing with the puppies, we love spending time watching movies and visiting Wrightsville Beach and Bald Head Island. In my free time, I love spending a day wrenching on something in the garage and seeing the fruits of my labor when I am done.

Scott joined PV in April 2023 as the Division Director for the North Carolina Hub. He has diverse experience in leadership roles in Pharma Manufacturing overseeing engineering and manufacturing projects and operations.

Brad Henry

Vice President of Services Products - Brad has over 20 years of experience managing and executing CQV projects for the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. He has extensive experience in dry products, parenteral, facilities and utilities, and in-vitro diagnostics.
