With nearly 30 years of experience, I bring a global perspective and a proven history of operational transformation across three continents. At the heart of my leadership philosophy is a dedication to culture and human capital: helping multi-functional teams achieve exceptional outcomes.
This people-centric focus is paired with sharp financial and strategic acumen. Shawn has successfully managed complex corporate P&Ls, focused largely on Laboratory Instrumentation Services for Pharmaceutical and Biotech workflows, engineered comprehensive B2B go-to-market strategies, and built high-velocity technical/commercial teams across Europe, Pacific Rim, and the Americas.
I anchor my Growth activities with a deep Continuous Improvement (LEAN, 6Sigma, etc.) foundation. I take a hands-on approach, going to GEMBA (the real place) is integral to everything I do. Whether deploying sophisticated Kanban and continuous improvement tools to the production floor or enhancing organizational problem-solving capabilities, Shawn ensures that operational precision always translates into robust organic growth.
I live with 4 pups that I love dearly. Devin the Vizsla, Athena the Weimaraner, Kitsune the Ibizan Hound, and Aurelius the Italian Mastiff. In addition to frolicking with my pack, I build gaming PCs, smoke some serious wood fired BBQ, keep bees, brew beer, and a host of similar activities.
