As Vice President of People Operations at Performance Validation, I lead our people strategy in support of business growth, culture, and organizational excellence. I partner closely with leadership to build scalable people practices that strengthen performance, engagement, and leadership capability.
I bring more than 20 years of experience as an HR executive, leading enterprise-wide initiatives spanning organizational development, talent strategy, culture transformation, M&A integration, DEI, and HR technology optimization. I am passionate about building high-impact HR functions that go beyond traditional support models to become true drivers of business results. My leadership philosophy centers on developing strong leaders, creating exceptional employee experiences, and leveraging data-informed people strategies to enable sustainable growth.
I hold SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications and earned my degree from Indiana University in Human Resources and Business Management, with minors in Economics and Psychology.
I live in Indianapolis with my husband and rescued border collie. I enjoy traveling and spending time with family, including my adult daughter and two grand dogs.
