With over 20 years of experience, I’ve built and led high-performing Commercial Operations, Customer Service, and Enablement teams that support strategic growth and long-term success. My focus has always been on transforming business processes, mentoring future leaders, and improving the customer experience through data-driven strategies.
I live in Avon with my husband and our Pittie mix, Tsuki. We have three young adult children. Music is my passion, and I also enjoy exercise, the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends. I’m a former board member of Girls Inc. of Greater Indianapolis and remain passionate about community involvement.
Kim joined Performance Validation in 2025 and leads the commercial operations team, supporting internal alignment, sales enablement, and client engagement strategies.
