Bio
I joined Performance Validation as an independent board member in January 2026 and will become Chief Financial Officer in January 2027, as Phil Burns transitions to lead the company’s growth initiatives. My time on the board has given me a deep understanding of PV’s financials and strategy, and I’m excited to be part of its thriving ESOP culture.
Before PV, I spent 20 years in finance leadership roles across banking, technology, and life sciences. To me, the finance function is about more than closing the books and reporting numbers. I’m passionate about continuous improvement, enabling data-based decisions, being a trusted business partner, and supporting a culture that puts our people first as employee owners.
I hold a Master’s in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and enjoy cheering on the Hoosiers. I’m based in Carmel with my wife and two children, and when I’m not working, I’m cheering my kids on in their travel sports. I’m also devoted to supporting the arts and have served on the board of Artists in Motion since 2023.
When Ryan isn’t cheering on the Hoosiers after earning a Masters in Finance from the Kelley School of Business in Bloomington Indiana he is cheering on his children in sports throughout the year.
